The production capacity of the plant is approximately 2.500 tons a year of fully processed products. The factory runs an 8 hour shift  for five days a week. Hólmadrangur has the ability to increase production level by 50% by operating a twelve hour shift system five days a week. At the same time it is important for the company to continue to produce high quality product and serve their customers to the highest standards by providing high quality product, flexibility in delivery and fast and safe service.
